Urbanización Sainvi is situated on the Costa Blanca in the province of Alicante (and municipality of Villajoyosa) on the southeastern coast of Spain. The area offers beautiful beaches and a rugged coastline ideal for coastal and inland walks and more strenuous mountain hikes.

Playa Paraíso, also known as Playa Paradís has become one of the most well-known beaches in the province of Alicante. The beach is 1.5 kilometres long and can be enjoyed throughout the year without crowds. The turquoise sea and the cliff at the southern end gives it a postcard appearance. Immediately to the south, separated only by the small cliff is the Bol Nou cove, which is, essentially, a continuation of Paradís. Most of the beach scenes in the Netflix series Alba (2020) were filmed on Bol Nou. Both of these iconic beaches are five minutes walk from Urbanización Sainvi.

To the north is the town centre of Villajoyosa with its picturesque old town full of colourful houses brimming with charm and tradition. La Vila Joiosa literally means Joyful Town, although the inhabitants often abbreviate it to La Vila. It has over three kilometers of beaches, including La Platja Centre (Central Beach), close to the city centre. It is also famous for its chocolate factory. Villajoyosa is a half-hour walk from Urbanización Sainvi – or five minutes on the tram.

Urbanización Sainvi

Urbanización Sainvi is served by the Alicante Metropolitan TRAM. The tram journey time between Alicante and Paradís (where Sainvi is situated) is appriximately 49 minutes and covers a distance of around 29 km. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes by taxi.

The urbanization has a cafeteria, restaurant and supermarket, as well as a playground, hard football pitch, and a swimming pool that is usually open in July and August. There is free parking and garden areas. The tram provides easy access to notable areas such as Alicante, Villajoyosa, Benidorm, Calpe and Denia.

The apartment consists of a balcony, three bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and a coffee machine, and one bathroom. Towels and bed linen are offered in the apartment.

El Paraiso Beach is 650 yards from Sainvi while Centro Beach in Villajoyosa is 1.6 miles from the property. The nearest airport is Alicante–Elche Miguel Hernández Airport, 27.3 miles from the accommodation.
